We have always had strong carryout business so we had everything in place to make this successful. We continued with our normal carryout menu and expanded with a variety of family meals. The club changed to limited hours and we rotate the kitchen staff to work no more then 3 days a week. Business has been good as the members want to support their club.
Unfortunately we have not switched to a to-go model. We will be doing something for Easter Weekend to highlight the holiday. We chose not to do the To-go model to limit the contact between people. It was a decision that was made with the health and well being of everyone currently.
