Certification
The Club + Resort Chef Association is in the final stages of building the club industry’s first and only culinary certification program. Chefs can achieve Certified Executive Club Chef (CECC) certification based on education, experience, letters of recommendation, and successful completion of written exams.
3 Pathways will be available to become a Certified Executive Club Chef
Professional Club Chef
- Current CEC/WCEC/CMC/WCMC certification(s)

Experienced Club Chef
- At least five years of experience as an Executive Club Chef or Resort Chef

Aspiring Club Chef
- Aspiring Chefs Pathway. Executive Sous Chefs/Sous Chefs/Chef De Cuisine
